Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
Yields: 2 cups
2 Tbs. White Onion, Diced
1 Tbs. Garlic, Chopped
2 oz. Honey
1 oz. Mustard, Dijon
3 oz. Balsamic Vinegar
8 oz. Olive Oil
Salt To Taste
Black Pepper To Taste
1. In a blender, add onion, garlic, honey, mustard, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper.
2. Run blender on medium speed.
3. As blender is running, slowly emulsify (a mixture of two or more liquids that are normally immiscible) or drizzle oil into mixture until thick.
4. Adjust seasoning as needed
